Shimano Brakes???

This morning I drug home a 1970 AMF Renegade 3 speed from an estate sale. The brake calipers are chromed steel and only marked with a little fish and JAPAN. Are these Shimano? and if so, what model are they?

I think those "fish" brakes were made by Yoshikawa. Some of the Murray brake cables have that manufacturer name, I think that the calipers were made by the same company.
