just something i thought i would share .



All the shiney metal(rims,bars etc.) clean up real nice with wet aluminum foil. It takes all the littel rusty spots off with a bit of rubbing.It`s way cheaper then buying metal polish or something like that, and does not scratch the finish like steel wool or similar.I just sort of half ball up a wad of foil dunk it in a bucket and start scrubbing. Hopefully someone will have a use for that.

thanks seedy. i got a pair of apes that have a little rust on em here and there and im gonna try that trick. just wad up the foil and dip it in water? seems simple enough...

never tried that one i should. i normally use SOS pads because the soap keeps the scratching to a minimum.
