I wanted to give a shout out to one of the Indy stores I just visited. I stopped into Bicycle Outfitters on the west side on a whim to grab a couple tubes real quick. One of the guys there notice my RRB.com shirt and the conversation was on. Long story short, he ended up giving me a pair of new take-off cream Thick Bricks! SA-WEET!!! Many thanks to him and hope to see him on here soon!

I'm going to wear my shirt to bike shops from now on!

I'm going to see an RRB member this weekend for some parts. I'll wear my shirt and hopefully be able to use that coolness to score good stuff! :D

DAAANG!

My LBS is a one man shop. He's cool and a great mechanic. He's given me loads of tools that he has duplicates of and lots of other stuff. I probably spend 1/3 or so of my bike money with him. Blue Hill Bikes, Blue Hill, Maine.

It pays to patronize an LBS! I went in for $12 worth of tubes and walked out with those and $60 worth of free tires! WA-HOO!!! The conversation was cool too. He was really intrigued on what a Rat Rod bike was. I showed him a few pics and encouraged him to visit the site. He seemed like he was interested in building one!
