I can't remember what took him but what ever it was affected his balance, that's gotta' be tough for a cyclist.
I met him in New York at the '05 Bentride. He was the guest speaker. And when ever he spoke "off camera", there was a crowd around him listening, including myself.
He rode a tadpole trike for that event.
