This was tucked away, Is it a silver king? It's 24 in, Whats it worth?

Nice find; looks to be 1937 +/-. Missing some stuff and bars/stem are newer but the core is all there and correct. 150$ for what's there seems fair to ask. Maybe more on ebay.
