You got it! Next piece I do I'll take plenty of pictures and detail it
For now, here's a video on the method I used. There are several techniques to acquire the look, this one just suited my needs
He uses a dark base coat and light transfer. I reversed that as I was hoping to retain more green coming through

Material selections. I've got a ton of ABS and Polypropylene drop sheet stock for thermo forming from one of our plants I oversee
I've got some nice thick polycarbonate too
And I've got several sheets of 14 and 16 ga steel. It will probably wind up being some type of sandwich construction to get up near 1" to mimic the top and down tube OD

The main section with the light housing in place
I'll probably try and just integrate the bars with this old stem by cutting off the top clamp portion and dropping in this plug
And underneath, make it so.......
Still needs center bore and through hole for the stem bolt

Doing a Crystal effect using urea,To some of us, you two guys are speaking a foreign language right now. A detailed step by step please on how you created this cool design!
You can buy kits to do this, or you can use urea fertilizer pellets, water, and a little dish soap.
Clean and prep your base color surface.
Mix the pellets 1:1 with water, add a small amount of dish soap. Mix well.
Add to a squirt bottle and coat the surface completely.
Set aside to dry. It will start to crystallize as it dries
Spray a light coat of a contrasting color, let dry.
Lightly wet sand with a fine sandpaper.
You can now clear or candy coat the surface.
I'm not seeing handlebars yet, so I am really interested in seeing how all that mounts together.
No bike work today, but I did bike related projects
Been working on renovating garage #2 and making it usable rather than just a storage shed. Painted the back wall with some gray paint, then I threw down all my rubber flooring and finally started setting the gym back up
Then I had a blank slate so I framed in all of this today which helps with the bikes that get used the most and keeping them accessible
Probably should have done the handy man bit before the gym stuff went in. Mats and machines are covered in dirty footprints and sawdust
Still have some more stuff to move out of this space and get into long term storage (deep freeze)
Tomorrow will be installing more lighting, wall mount fans, computer station, tv, and starting in on that stud wall on the gym side. Apparently I'm doing it in pallet boards because it will be "Pinteresting"
