Where is the cheapest place to buy a tall (at least 42in.) sissy bar and ape hanger handlebars?

Ebay has sissy bars and average 42 bucks with free shipping.

Looks like the conduit corners that have an access plate on them. Same isle at Home Depot.

I even have a pair of wooden ones I want to try as well.

I think i will try them too. 42 bucks is alot for a piece of tubing that i can make myself.

If you can figure out how to pad it or add what someone said to do a big Skull on the top by using the front of a Schwinn exerciser frame it might work as well.

Test photos I did to see if it could work.

What I used measures 11/16 on the outside.

Well this thread settles it:

I'm off to the store to get some conduit for my first-ever attempt at making a sissy bar.....

Any tips on bending - without the benefit of a bender - would be appreciated.. 8)
