Ah, the beauty of Chicago....world class city on one side and a gorgeous beach on the other.

Very nice photos and an excellent collection of bikes!

Yesterday was a great day.

Rode to work for a early shift 6am start.

Bellowing Yellow parked at work.

It was a Perfect day out so on my break I rode two blocks to Peet's coffee for four perfect shots of espresso on ice.

It was such a nice day I decided after work I could ride to my son's football game in the suburbs 20 miles away in
Des Plaines IL.
Figured I could make it by halftime.

I Made it!

My son Taber #52 was excited to see me :mrgreen:

My other son Garret helped me take the bike to the van.

Give or take a mile or two I did a total of 30 miles yeasterday.

Not bad for a 6ft tall old guy on a bike two sizes to small
with a broken seat spring :roll: :wink:

The first day of the Chicago teachers strike..
The kids and I rode down to the park to meet some friends.

Poor Kids got to hang out with this guy :roll:

I really enjoy riding around the city at night. I bet it's really neat there. Probably a little creepy at times too I suppose.
