I don't know but I love the straight bar bikes. Double is even better because it is one higher. Kind of like having guitar amps that go to 11. :wink:

I think I need to have a Spinal Tap themed bike. Maybe I should change the name of Fugsley to "Big Bottom - How can I leave this behind."

The two holes up front look like they took a schwinn badge and the welds on the frame all look schwinn too but I had just never run across the straight double bars before. You may well be right...Side note: I expect this bike will someday go to 11.

Both the Tornado and Flying Star used this frame. The double straight bar bikes are NICE.

Possible 61 Schwinn Skipper. I have that exact frame built up in my collection. To my knowledge it was a one year frame as the Skipper.

58-61 Tornado, Flying Star, or Skipper. All replaced by the new for 62 Typhoon, which had a similar but not identical frame. -Adam
