So, Who Wants To Ride Their Bike In A Parade?

Maybe I should have posted this in the "Events" forum but "Bike Talk" seems to see alot more traffic. Here in my home town the Town Planners are putting together the first-ever "Pride in the Park" parade. I contacted the coordinator about my wife an I riding ours, and she was REAL excited about the idea of our bikes. I'll bet a whole bunch of bikes would go over well and an after-parade impromptu bike show would be even better. I'd be willing to spearhead the bike-show part if there is enough interest.

My wife and I rode bikes (1941 colson and she was on a customized Elgin) in a local parade (Sandwic Fair). It was lots of fun. The best part was hearing "I used to have a bike like that" every few minutes from the audience. I kept hoping to hear "I have one of those in the garage/barn/basement/attic...."
