some NOS parts from long gone CCM shop

here are some parts I recently picked up.

Can anyone ID the headset parts?

Some nice old tools including some stamped CCM stuff, an enormous Raleigh crank tool and a CCM solid wheel wire tensioning crank too.

Some Gibson and/or Phillips pedal end caps. Assorted spindles.NOS

Here are the first headset parts. Really heavy. I believe it's nickel plate. NOS

Second type. These are stamped "made in England" and "24" for TPI I assume. Cup insert section is stamped "C". Nickel plated. NOS
