HAD SOME PARTS LYING AROUND. LOVE THE SPACELINER.

HAVE AN OCC FORK I WANT TO TRY ON IT.

THREW THE FORK ON AND A 24" FRONT WHEEL WITH DRUM BRAKE.

.GONNA POWDER COAT THE RIMS RED AND GET SOME NICE WHITE WALLS.

FRONT RIM POWDER COATED. GOT SOME COOL HANDLE BARS IN MIND. HEAVILY INSPIRED BY PAUL JRs BIKE IN THE LAST BIKE BUILD OFF.

. THIS IS A START.

CUT OUT THE CENTER SECTION OF BARS.FITTED THEM INTO THE BARS.

. MOUNTED THEM ON THE OCC TREES FOR FIT.

CUT OUT THE CENTERS. ROUNDED ALL THE EDGES AND HAD A FRIEND WELD IT ALL TOGETHER. AWESOME WELDING.

.NOW DONT KNOW HOW TO FINISH THEM. SHOULD I TRY TO POLISH THE CENTER OR POWDER COAT THEM. I GUESS THAT WILL BE UP TO HOW HARD IT IS TO POLISH.I WAS THINKING OF GETTING THE WHEEL PART WRAPPED IN LEATHER.

Thanks, got a lot of ideas playing with shifter ideas and fenders. I'm also building two other bikes one is a candy red krate and a 26" cruiser/klunker for a friend. So some of the ideas are blending into each other, gets a little confusing. And two on the shelf,HELP I THINK I HAVE A PROBLEM! Lol.

I NEEDED TO MOCK UP SO I COULD GET THE REAR FENDER SET RIGHT. THE REAR RIM IS JUST FOR MOCK UP. IT IS GONNA BE RED WITH A 5SPD DRUM BRAKE. FRONT TIRE WILL BE A WHITE WALL,AND A LAID BACK SEATPOST.IT IS ALSO GONNA BE TEN SPEEDS.THATS WHERE THE VARSITY SHIFTERS COME IN.AND WHAT EVER COMES TO MIND AS THE BUILD GOES FURTHER.

Just a little update. I powder coated the chainguard black and red with a white stripe. Also changed my mind about it being 10 speeds. It will be five speed because I wouldn't be able to use the chainguard with the front derailuer. And I really like the chainguard. Man has it been cold .
