Specs needed for Walmart Ocean Pacific Mens Cruiser

I was hoping someone could help me out.

I am planning on building a a bicycle for my little brother and Walmart's Ocean Pacific Mens Cruiser looks as if it might fit the bill. I need the following information however.

-What type of headset does does it use (1" threaded, 1-1/8" threadless, etc)?
-What is the standover height of this bike?
-What is the headtube length?
-What size seatpost does it use?
-What is the axle to crown length?
-Whats the spoke count of the wheels (32 or 36h)?
-Is it drilled to accept caliper brakes?

I have searched all over town to find one of these, but have had no luck. This is why I am turning to you guys before I blindly order one.

7 inch headtube
27.2 seatpost
axle to crown? I think 15 inches if I'm measuring right
36 spokes
will take caliper brakes
