Springer base?

I'm working on a homemade springer. Does anyone make / sell the bottom plate that connects the springer rods, axle and forks? A nice looking plate would sure look better than anything I would cluge up on my own.

a friend on mine ordered them off of bicycle designer... nice looking brackets. monarch style, if that helps.
