Springer fork I.D.

Can someone possibly identify this fork? Found it at a flea markt today.I think it's pretty cool looking,but would be cooler if it hadn't been repainted! I believe it's off a 20" bike.

My wifes bike has a springer on it like that, her bike is a Sears Spaceliner. Works pretty good. Nice piece man.
