springer fork id.

I made a trade this w/e for some springer fork parts but I am stumped as to what they are so maybe someone can help me id. them ?
The black fork we can all say are 50s Schwinn locking forks but what are the orange pair from ? notice the pivot point is on the oposite
side of the leg and much beefier than black forks also the angle is much sharper at the top . So does anyone know what I have ?

The orange legs look like the ones on my 1958 Hawthorne.

I added a link to the picture in my previous post. It looks to me like the dart on the leg is even the same.
