I don't know about the CWC seat, but a lot of seat parts can be found at brooksengland.com in catalogue & shop / spare parts.

ive been wondering the same ive been lookin for some troxel springs. for most parts id suggest finding another seat thats trashed but with the parts you need as far as I know there isnt a site that repops seat parts.
