I changed the gearing on my old Schwinn Hornet from a big 46t front to a smaller 42t for easier pedaling. Are there any sizes in between 36 and 42? Dont think I have ever seen anything. I have seen a 40t with a hex center on a childs bike.

I have a couple 39 tooth bmx sprockets. If you run a spider, porkchop bmx has sprocket rings in almost any amount of teeth you could want.

I've never seen a 37t. But i've seen/had some 38s, 39s, 40s, 42s. Might've had a 41; i know they've made 41 and 43, but not nearly as common. But, for about $5, you can get a brand-new, made-in-Kentucky Wald 540 sprocket, like Kenny mentioned above.
