steering tube thread size?

Most bikes seem to take the same size hardware at the top of the steering tube.

Does anyone know what thread/diameter size this is and if dies are available?

I would like to extend the threads slightly on a fork instead of cutting and shortening and rewelding the steering tube if possible.

wow that die handle is expensive.

does anyone know the OD of the actual die so I can see if it fits in one of the die handles I already have?

that e-bay link is just the guide for the tool, not the die I dont think..

Just a note that I found the die and die handle at Enco for about $45 total.

These are imports and I'm sure are of a lower quality than the Park stuff but should work fine for the occasional bike project.
