This one showed up on the CL last week and kept taunting me. :x

I contacted the seller today and threw out an offer and was pleasantly surprised when they accepted.

Did your offer include anything like the seller getting to put his family portrait on the site as a banner ad?!
Nice find, by the way . . . Sir!

Ha Ha...well, I was helping his family out in a way. He was selling it to get money for a business they are getting ready to start. :)

Yeah Steve, pull a rockabilly boogie out of Texas for your next trick

Seriously though, nice score. I think you've had your hands on just about all the cool bikes out there!

8) Well now you have one to ride on days other than July 4 and March 2.
March 2? You mean Rat Rod celebrates National Banana Cream Pie Day too!? I thought I was all alone! :D

I'd like a Rockabilly Boogie and a Boney Finger :)

It was in the 70s the past two days and today it was in the 40s/50s.

That's winter for us Texans. I guess I jinxed the weather by buying this one.

Sweet!!!!! You should have bought one of those Electra Nexus 8 wheels to make it a true Straight 8.

I don't do all that fancy wheel building so it would have been expensive.

If would be cool though :)

Especially with a giant Magic 8 Ball shifter!!
