Straight bar patina

Another Schwinn straight bar followed me home this morning. Its going to take a fair amount of TLC to get this one in running order, but what was I supposed to do, leave it behind? Not sure yet what the plan is but I know it starts with lots of PB. I cant get the picture to rotate, but I think you get the idea.
