All welded up. Need to clean up the welds still. I’m going to drill through the fork tubes and use nuts and bolts to hole them in place.

Seat upholstery day. I ditched the green sparkle cover i was working on for something more fitting to the bike. I started off gluing marine vinyl to closed cell foam and gluing 1000 denier Cordura to the back of the foam. Then marking 4” x 2” diamonds.

I glued two pieces of a camping mattress together for my foam. Cut the shape and glued that to my pan.

All sewn up and stretched onto pan. I made a bottom cover also and attached the whole cover to the pan with sheet metal screws, right down the center so they are hidden when seat is mounted.
