Nice work with that trailer fender. I've looked at those in my 'mind's eye' for a fattie build. Your cutting it down to the right dimension, welding, and smoothing turned out great!

Seat upholstery day. I ditched the green sparkle cover i was working on for something more fitting to the bike. I started off gluing marine vinyl to closed cell foam and gluing 1000 denier Cordura to the back of the foam. Then marking 4” x 2” diamonds.

All sewn up and stretched onto pan. I made a bottom cover also and attached the whole cover to the pan with sheet metal screws, right down the center so they are hidden when seat is mounted.
