I was going to start on a klunker but now I'm thinking a stretch frame cruiser. I see eBay has some complete for $300+ and that's not the route I'll be taking. You guys basically get two bikes, cut, and weld right? No I'm not implying it's that simple, I don't even have a welder.

You can use 2 frames.
Or you can take one frame and extend it.
I have built some with just a rear triangle and a head tube, then filled in the rest.

After a while you can look at a frame and visualize which tubes need to go where.
Maybe a top tube just needs to be cut out and replaced, or even flipped upside down.

I purchased a 24" stretched frame for a lowrider/cruiser build. So if you all can share pics please do! My color scheme is going to be red and black.
