Another small problem cropped up with my latest build. It seems that after a few times around the block I noticed the seatpost, 22.2 bmx of unknown origin, was starting to bend. Any thoughts on who makes the strongest seatpost for us ,er, non lightweights?

a chunk of solid aluminum rod is stronger and still relatively light. :D

I just picked up a nice thick old school bmx post msde of fluted aluminum. Keep your fingers crossed

We had the same problem with a friend of mine who was 6'6. His stems were all bending, even the good ones from the lbs. We added wooden dowels in the stems, and they worked.
