I have a raleigh bike with a 3 speed. In every gear the crank slips and it seems like the rear sprocket gets tightened. Is there a way to fix this or is it broken for good?

I dont know how to explain...im sure it doesnt wobble

IM pretty sure it did not...
When the wheel is off the bike, everything is perfect.
I tried out taking the wheel off the bike and turning the cog like your pedalling...and it does the same thing

i hate to ask 
but
have you feed the strumey any oil
you know it's their special treat
kinda sounds like your pawls are sliping
take the indicator chain out and oil through
that hole or if it has an oiler in the hub your set
by the way don't use 3-in-one oil
motor oil or i use a product call zoom oil
you should be able to get it at a hardware store
hey by the way is it an AW or a SW
hope this helps i've had good luck freeing

I never thought about grease...
But im not sure if that would help, might as well give it a try
you might be suprised what a little lube can do.
between the motor oil or the zoom i use the
zoom oil. it's a non detergent oil and it comes
with a kool spout about six inches long.

You might just take it apart, it's fairly easy. I took one mostly apart just a couple weeks ago. Sprayed Pent. Oil in one side and let it run out the other, then flipped it over and did the same, grease the bearings up and The hub is good to go... just need to add a bit of oil.

Yup. It just turns out. If you look at the one I sent you, you will notice the threads on the pointy end. When you put it back in, turn it until it is tight and then back it off part of a turn so it lines up with the cable.
