This thing is great! It reminds me of a thing that everybody wanted when I was a kid...

Those were USSR made Moskvich pedal cars, the smaller versions of the Moskvich 408.

WOW! That's a great way to salvage a wrecked Studebaker! As a car guy, I'm a little bummed to see it no longer function as originally designed, but man, I love what you've done with it! I look forward to seeing how far you take it. Looks like a ton of fun!

Put some expanded metal down on the frame in the back, to make the trunk space usable. I'm thinking that I might want a cooler with me.

Quick question. This floor mat was in the car, and I kept it. Anybody know if it's actually Studebaker branded mats?

Took some fab work, but I've now got the front and rear bumper on the car, as well as the two tail light covers I bought on eBay. The tail lights don't match exactly, but since the fenders don't either, I figure it's okay.

It was the best looking placement because of the chrome trim, I felt. Think of them as suicide doors.
