sturmey 3 speed help

Hi Guys.
I have done a brief how to guide regarding The S A hub the info can be found here!

I found the best fix for an old sturmey. Find a dumpster bike with a working one attached, lol. Now I have my hub for the build off Im going to take my old non working hub and try to fix it.

EDIT After looking at your guide bomberman, I feel confident in trying to rebuild my hub. Now all I need is a link to parts that I may need. Thanks for the awesome link.
