Last summer my Streamliner bicycle won the group 2 build off. I was really stoked by the response it got.
It's my understanding that the winner builds the prize for the following year.
I've put some thought to this. I love making stuff, especially if it's a bit weird! However the chances are that I will need to post the prize, almost certainly abroad (I'm in the UK) so that has to be taken into account.
I've had an idea. I hope the winner will like it!
For my idea to work I actually need to start it now. All will come clear in the fulness of time....
I've started with a piece of flat steel that I've welded two tabs on and painted satin black, but only on one side...
The other side is sanded and unpainted
Oh and I've dug out some brass...
So any guesses what I'm making?
