Alright everyone, a little update on this. I got most of it welded up today. Still got to weld a stay in on the right side, connect them to the top, then fix some braces on the dropouts for the back half and finally break it down and weld it up. Then it'll be onto fixing up the mounts for the air cylinder. But here's a preview.

I ended up having to trash the first tank all together. So, I went and got the stuff to build a new one. Here it is, no gauge this time.

dude... couldn't you run a gauge after the one port in the tank? like in between the tank and the air cylinder or something?
i don't know just a though.. wouldn't it have same pressure in the lines as if the gauge was on the tank?

Also, picked up 10 ft of air line, 4 push to connect fittings and the swivel end for my cylinder for 23 dollars today

I've got a problem. My cylinder won't raise the bike. So, I've got to find a bigger one, or build another frame. Anyone know what would be a good sized cylinder that would lift it? Needs to be single acting double end mount.

I can't remember where from, but a fill & bleed valve, and from summit an Air Lift air bag.

I don't know what pressure or volume of air you need, but used fire extinguishers come in many different sizes (I was thinking of using one for an air horn )

Are you sure you don't just need more air pressure? You're likely going to need >200psi to raise the bike with you on it. You are going to need a 2000psi paintball tank with a pressure reducer, I think.
