It's a cheap Polish bike made for the American market in its day. They do ride well and I use to take mine around the neighborhood for a quick spin. mine had a Komet coaster brake. What hub has yours got?

Love what you did with that! Back in the 80s, I bought a 3 speed ladies version, same seasick green for $3 at a yard sale! -Adam
