Tallest bars?

Anyone know the limit on bar height on a engine kit? I'd like to use my 15"s..Thankyou.Strangeframe

The smallest top tube height I've been able to put a engine into was 18".
I built another that was lower, but I had to make a custom offset intake maifold because there wasn't enough room for the carb.
