Ok in case you don't get to the scratch built section, and since I'm finished ,I will post it done.
I started this frame a while back. I had just bought a new JD2 bender and I wanted to see if
I could do a loop tail rear triangle all in one piece. I wanted to try a frame without a seatpost
too. So I built this one. I made the bottom of the chain stay too long and when you would pedal
the back of your foot would hit it. I really had no need for the frame so I just left it in the shop.
Chuck ran some 3'' wide rims real cheap so I bought a couple and redrilled the back one for 36 spokes
instead of the 32 it came with. The only hubs you can buy that are 32 spoke are a Sturmey archer 3
speed and one of their kickbacks. I have several nexus 3 speeds laying around so spending money on
another brand that I don't like was silly. I shortened the chain stays 2'' and then built the bike. It has
been fun. I had forgotten how much I like building frames..well not the bondo/sanding part. It rides
really nice and comfortable. Hope yall enjoy.

Here is a riding video so you can see what the bike looks like moving.

+1 more. ive seen bikes that look great but when you see someone crammed way up into the bars or arms and legs stretched all the way out to reach the pedals and bars....well, that aint so good
looks comfy and good choice on going back to the black(i know my .$01 dont matter but still like it more in black)

Thanks Sensor. I sure messed up on all my color choices at first. The black was really
what I should have stayed with. Its funny but almost all of my bikes I have to paint
several times to figure out what looks good. The silly fat franks are the problem.
I have had them for several years and they never look right on a build. I was determined
to use them. Maybe it looks a little off with no seat post. Those Elgins are that way. Its a cool bike
but they always look funny without a seat post.
