OK, here it is. This has been a lot of fun to participate in, and to build something more for how it looks vs. how it rides.
Project was very low buck, even including the price of the new tires I had laying around it's still under $50.

Kudos to everyone who made it to finish line, and congrat's to the eventual winner.
