THE RED HORNET

This 50's Schwinn Hornet just received a new powder coat with matching wheels. The tires are orginal Schwinn Typhoon white walls off a Phantom. We've ordered the decals and the templates for replacing the original front graphics. The plan is to powder coat the struts and replace the crank with the original skip tooth. Completed pic to follow soon

i would have saved that original paint in a heartbeat! :shock: but it looks good shiny too.

Very nice 1955 Schwinn. I would ride the tar out of it just like it is, but I might give it white accents like a Skipper or Tornado on the head tube and chain guard.
