Trying to ID this girls bike I recently adopted. The headbadge is The Rocket. The frame seems to be pre-war; it has the drop stand tabs near the dropouts and came with a drop stand with chain tensioner screws; the fenders are pre war, similar to my 30's Elgins and has the drop stand clip: the fork crown appears to be similar to my Elgins or old Western Flyers but what has me confused is the 1/2" pitch crank ring. Seems that it should be skip tooth. The crank has the same design as my 41 Western Flyer so probably made by the same bike manufacturer. It had the drop center front wheel but was missing the rear one. The seat is an old long spring type like 30's- early 40'style. The stem is 2 piece with 2 bolts to tighten the bars onto it. Were manufacturers using half inch pitch cranks on these old frames or did someone do a switcheroo on it. Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks.

That is a Monark. I'd like the stem if you part it out.
