Seeing your paint fixture reminded me of an idea that I had a few years ago that you might like. Knowing that you do a lot of custom painting on many things including things other than bikes, I think that you might find lots of ways to use this solution.

Sanded the primer and then sprayed a matte black. Allowed that to dry then taped and masked off lettering and stripes. Sprayed with gloss red enamel.

The mask was designed in Corel draw then cut out on Cal Mask using a Roland plotter.

Got the bike assembled this morning before the daily grind. Finished up some polishing this eve and took a few photos. A few minor things to change and add, but will happen soon. I will get the final photos after I finish up a few details. Sorry about the clutter.

Does anyone remember seeing someone making fake parachute packs for bicycles? I can not remember where I seen them. Been looking everywhere

Fabricated a bracket for the rear reflector and purchased the shift knob to be used.

I changed out some hardware and a few items. Grips, brake cable housing. Finally got a bit of sunlight here. Such a fun bike to ride.
