Hi Valleymanuk. Sorry for digging up the thread from last year but I wanted to clarify a few things.
First of all Baron frame is a Kahaki Bikes built. Kamilos Kuztom Kreationz is a crator of the concept of the frame.
And second: I don't know who told you that 100mm wheels will need the frame to be modified. I make those frames, and I tell you: go for 100s
All you need is some spacers, offset cog and offset chainring.

Thanks Marek for resurrecting this old thread. I personally hadn't heard of or seen these frames as I'm very new to custom cycles.
Would be interesting to see how this build finished if it ever was? Also a great inspiration for me to find there is a U.K. distributor for these frames. Think I'll ask Santa for one this year...
