Yes, but seeing as I am using 2" leg angle iron 1/4" thick I can't imagine the load that would be required to bend it. Any load that would bend it would most likely be unpedal-able.

What I am getting at is you need to pre-load the back axle just a bit.

Here she is. Fixed the rear set of wheels lifting off the ground problem (mostly). Rode it around the block, still needs some tweaking as the wheels drag a little. I will get better pictures tomorrow. I think I can fit a 6 foot bed on the back. I want a tailgate as well so I can "tailgate" on my bike at the beach. :)

Lol, I did think about that but then it would be too much like a trailer rather than a trike. As for the chain I only ran it to the first set of wheels so the back ones actually spin free.

I rode it to the beach today for a test ride. It did well. Just cant really make tight turns due to the length (11-1/2 feet) and the 2 sets of rear wheels (there is a little skip/drag) Here are some pictures. I just need to clean it up a little, add the wooden bed and electric front wheel and it will be good to go.

Actually the black frame does still have the kickstand on it, lol.

I am going with a Quike or a Quintike or just BAMFB (Big A$$ Mother Fu$king Bike). It is a BEAST (another working name for it) it is about 11-1/2 feet long and probably weighing in at least 100 lbs... Thank god I have big legs. This is one of several bikes I have that most could not pedal up even a small hill and I ride them over the intercoastal bridge with pedestrians.

Dark red stain and mat varnish. Then add some pinstripe details along these lines...

Here is the box for now. Still need to finish the tailgate. Think I decided on flat black for the bike. Am trying to get my local dive bar to pay for putting their logo on sides of the box in front of the wheels and on the tailgate and some yellow pin striping on the fenders. I am also attaching a picture of their logo so I can get some opinions on how you guys think that will look.

Photobucket is not cooperating or I would upload but here is link to their website. Its the Yellow/Green logo. http://www.tipperarypub.net/
