Didn't post this in Fresh Finds because this isn't my find, nor is it my bike - buddy of mine bought it from a - story goes that a "Gas Co" worker saw it in some 80 year old lady's basement and nabbed it for $100. Belonged to her brother. So, they're still out there. The "Gas Co" worker flipped it real Am. Pickers style! New owner was gracious enough to allow me to take some pics. Enjoy. :D

Believe this "Streamline" is a '38 and it has a B.F. Goodrich badge

Wow Skoda, I just heard about this or one alot like it today. The story I was told was that a friend of the lady's son was doing some work for her and she give the bike to him as payment. second hand story, they always get distorted. Maybe my friend was told this version so the real truth wouldn't get out, who knows.

The guy that showed to my friend was tring to figure out what it was worth, they was talking $1000 maybe more. Was this basement out in KCK by chance? Does any of this figure in to what you was told?

Beautiful bike none the less. I'd display it proudly in a lock room.

GIVE ME THAT BIKE!
I never have that kind of luck finding cool old bikes in that condition. Most of what I find and can afford are frame up rebuilders, but I like to build them my way anyway.
But sometime I hope I can find a jewel like that.

It has those darts because it is a B.F.Goodrich badged bike. I like 'em!

The airplane pictured on the decal is a Curtiss P-36. Gary
