This fork is very Polish. Or is it?

I found this fork in a quite large bike shop. It looks very similar to the ZZR/Romet forks. It fits around 27 inch wheels.

Looks European with the the chrome cap and box striping, but could be German, DDR, Dutch, Belgian, etc. There were not a lot of cold war era imports from COMECON countries. What is the quality like, what is the rake and is it set up for fenders or a lamp?

I had an english hercules fork with the same chrome cap and pinstripe

I dug a little deeper, and there were some bikes imported from Poland in the 1960s and 70s, mostly lower end lightweight one and three speeds. Nice to learn something new!
