I came across this site when someone linked back to my website, http://sundaycruisefever.com. I poked around a bit, and thought this was too cool not to get into.
I'm currently cycle-less, but I was once a Toronto bike trail terrorist with an ancient 12-speed Fuji that I dug out of the trash one night. It was a really awesome, really fast, great handling bike, despite the fact no one had made parts for it in 20 years. Thankfully, I was living near a great little shop who helped MacGyver the thing back to life (several times). Current plans include getting into the welding program at a local college, and hopefully building a screamin' chopper from scratch.
