hehehe! glad to hear it...thought it might not be ratty enough lol.
Had some cross-brace bars on it and they just didn't do it, so switched to these flat Torringtons.
Rides really cool this way!
Have some ideas for a drivetrain, that chainring's a monster :lol:

Neither; these are "pre-owned". They used to show up fairly often ~15yrs ago, but I've not seen any for a while.
AFAIK they're not made anymore.

Those are some cool tires. But I think I agree with the blackwalls being a better choice. The white lends itself more to blending with the chrome and having the contrast of solid black tires might be nice. Then again I'm not seeing it in person and I could be way off base.
