To tighten up the rubber blocks and keep them fixed:

Go to Home Depot get 2 packs of Crown 1/4 inch neoprene rubber washers part number 3069985188.


Disassemble pedals. Put one washer on at each end of the rubber pedal blocks, then reassemble.


All done for 1.80 something...

or I can sell you the rare reboxed NOS KIT for 15.00 to do it.... :lol: :lol: :lol:
 
Torrington blocks are supposed to spin. That's how they're made. You're fixing something that ain't broken!! :p Gary
