Tire question: White walls?

Has anyone found a manufacturer that has 26" tires with smooth tread, wide... like 2" or more... and high white walls? I'd like to recreate cokers, like seen below. I've seen smooth tread, but not white walls. I've found white walls, but they only seem to come up half the side.

If nothing else there is always tire paint.

The brick pattern Duro whitewalls are as close as you are going to get without breaking out the white paint.

Or if you are not using caliper brakes you could also paint the sides of the rims white to give the illusion of a wider whitewall.
