Hi will a 26 x 1.38 tire fit a rim that holds a 26 x 1.75 tire?

I'm going to say no, never saw a 1.38 tire though when you google it, your looking at 1-3/8" tires

.... Fractional sizes don't mix with decimal sizes and there are two different factional tire size diameters for a 1-3/8" tire
