Your frame looks just like my buildoff bike frame - with the curved seat stays and the frame stops for the drop stand built in it's most likely a 1938-39 CWC Hawthorne Frame. The top bars were spread on these from the 1936-37 Models as a provision for a hanging tank. This is a great frame for a buildoff bike and looking good so far. This is a good year for CWC frames - Have Fun! Robert
