Here are some mock ups of some straight tube forks. I used a 16 x 1.75, 16 x 1 3/8, 20 x 1.75 wheels. I also made them 2 different heights. Check the tube height over the top plate. I made one full height and the other I tried to level out the bike. I used 2 foot fork tubes. Huffy Rail and Murray F Series frames.

Those are way cool, too bad I don't have the extra cash this time around. You shouldn't have any trouble finding new owners for those. :cool2: :cool2:

Why does the 16 x1 3/8 wheel look taller then the 16 x 1.75? Or is it just a optical illusion because one is skinnier then the other? Or is it just me

It looks taller because it is...lol it is about 16 1/2 inches tall. Not much taller Probably that illusion with the skinnier wheel makes it look taller

The fully extended forks using the 20" wheel look great. I dig the Murray look because of the straight bottom tube on the frame. Sweet.
