looks good how did you clean up the frame so good? a white chain might look good or it might be to much nice job on the forks !

Sorry for the late response.
I used two Turtle wax products on the frame to bring out the paint. First, I removed the rust and then cleaned it with a damp cloth. Then I used Turtle Wax Polishing Compound followed by Turtle Wax Cleaner Wax. The results are better than expected and the wax future proofs it against rust!

I changed the grips, added a hammer-striker bell and a cool vintage San Diego bike license plate.
