Tour De Fat JC HIggins Bikes

Here is my 1962 JC Higgins Flightliner bike and my wifes 1960 JC HIggins Flightliner, that we will be riding this year In Fort Collins Tour this weekend. Almost done, just a few more details to finish up on the girls bike. I have working for awhile to get these done. The heat this year has been tough in Colorado to be able to get out in the garage and get things done after work. It was 98 degrees when I got home this afternoon.

nicely done. I agree with you on the heat. I worked (briefly) today one of my bikes. I needed to go in the attic to look for parts and decided against it. Since I didn't go up for the parts, I just hung the bike back up and went back into the house.

Thanks, if everything goes according to plan I might be going down to Denver myself to ride that weekend. I wanted to last year but it did not work out. I imagine it is as crazy as the ride at the Fort. Have fun. Leo
