I have a1950s Raleigh frame with bars and stem. It was stripped this past summer of parts and is now part of my bicycle frame fence. The Chrome back then was really good so they should be real nice. It was my mothers bike and was always inside until recently. If your interested you can have them. Shipping can be a deal breaker now a days. I UPSed an electric guitar to NYC today. Cost the same as a plane ticket. If your interested I can take a photo tomorrow.

I was afraid all you guys would be halfway across the world from me. Shipping across the Rockies is a real pain nowadays.

Let’s see if anybody from the West Coast responds.

I’d say the pair I have now is so beat up they’re only worth about five dollars. I don’t think it’s worth shipping anything that’s worth less than $30.

The small set are just like your picture but they are dented by the center. The bigger set are decent with a bit of surface rust that should cleanup. Free if you got the shipping. I'm south of Chicago. I'm ok either way they're not going anywhere.

I really think the Schwinn bars are too wide for what I am doing.

I have a few sets of both Schwinn and Raleigh that are near perfect in case the others don't.

Raleigh 22" wide ...

Hercules 22" wide, same or similar to the Raleigh...

Underside of the lever clamp area...rusty both sides...

Girls Schwinn 21"wide...more rise than the English pair...

Schwinn 23" wide...lots of rise.

Unknown 19" wide... obviously juvenile...rough...

Schwinn 22"...near perfect...not getting rid of . Just showing that there are at least three sizes of Schwinn bar...

...all the ones I'm willing to get rid of are rider quality at best. Sounds like Karate Chicken may have better solutions for you.

Picked these up today... should be Schwinn, haven't measured but probably 22". No rust no pits good shine.

Bars or bars/stem...no grips.

Let me know how much you want for bar snd stem, both with shipping, so I don’t have to ride up to Oregon in the winter. Otherwise I’d be persuaded to do just that.

I guess so. The karate chicken was supposed to send me a set, but he seems to be AWOL. I have bought a Schwinn bar, but I would like a real Raleigh or Phillips made bar and stem.

But what do I know? The last time I shipped anything internationally it only came from Canada, and it got lost in the mail.

I would be amazed if you could ship anything from there to here during Christmas time in even 4 weeks.

But I don’t know what’s going on in your area. Perhaps business has been so bad that nobody is shipping anything?

Well, no, not that bad. Honestly i never had experience with international shipping on Christmas time, so i guess it could take longer then usual, but we can try and find out
